Corporate Magic That Your Guest Actually Remember
Most corporate entertainment happens in front of your guests. Magic happens in their hands. Something they help create — that happens to them, not just in front of them, and that they still can’t explain on the drive home. Those moments get retold at the office the following week, long after the event itself is over.
Built Around Your Company
I read the room before I work it. A sales kickoff wants different energy from a client appreciation dinner, and a trade show floor is different again. Tell me who is in the room, what the evening is for, and what you want people talking about afterward, and I will shape the material to fit.
Nothing about the evening feels generic, because none of it is. The result is entertainment that belongs to your event specifically — not a set that gets recited the same way at every corporate gig in town.
What I Do
Strolling Magic
Close-up magic table to table during cocktail hours, receptions and dinners. No stage or setup required.
Stage Show
A full comedy magic show for banquets, awards nights and sales meetings, scaled to your room.
Trade Show Magic
Booth magic that stops traffic, gathers a crowd and hands them to your team warmed up.
Strolling and Close-Up Magic
This is the most flexible option and the easiest to add to an event that already has a schedule. I move through the room during the cocktail hour, the reception, or between dinner courses, performing for small groups at a time.

Close-up magic during a rooftop reception. No stage, no setup, and the whole group is in on it.
- Works in any room, with no stage, staging time or program interruption.
- Ideal for guests arriving at different times.
- Gives people who do not know each other an easy reason to start talking.
Stage Shows
A structured comedy magic and mentalism show for a seated audience, typically 30 to 45 minutes. Good fit for awards dinners, holiday parties, annual meetings and any evening with a program already built around a stage.

- Audience volunteers are used throughout, so the show belongs to your people rather than to me.
- Clean, corporate-appropriate comedy that works for mixed audiences and mixed seniority.
- Slots cleanly before or after awards, keynotes and dinner service.
Trade Show and Booth Magic
On a trade show floor, the problem is not closing, it is getting people to stop walking. Short repeating performances at your booth draw a crowd, hold them long enough to hear your message, and pass them to your team already engaged.

Custom, Branded Magic
Magic can carry a message better than a slide can. With enough notice I can build routines around your product, your tagline, your milestone or the theme of the meeting, so the entertainment reinforces what you brought everyone together to say.
- A product, logo or company name appearing as the finish of a routine.
- Material built around a launch, an anniversary or a specific sales message.
- Award presentations given a reveal, so recognition lands as a moment rather than a name read off a card.
Where It Fits
The events where this works best are the ones where you actually want people to connect:
- Sales meetings, kickoffs and annual meetings — resetting the energy in a room that’s been sitting through slides all day
- Client and customer appreciation events — giving your best relationships a night they’ll remember you for
- Holiday parties and company celebrations — the part of the evening people actually talk about afterward
- Awards nights and employee recognition events — a centerpiece that earns its place on the run of show
- Trade shows and conference booths — drawing a crowd to your booth and giving them a reason to stay
- Hospitality suites and post-conference receptions — turning a room full of strangers into actual conversations
- Product launches and milestone anniversaries — marking the moment in a way people remember
- Executive retreats and leadership dinners — smaller rooms where the impossible lands even harder
- Company picnics and family days — entertainment that works for employees and their families alike
If your event isn’t on this list but the goal is the same — a room that leaves talking to each other instead of checking their phones — it’s worth a conversation to see if you should hire a magician for your event.
What I Bring and What You Provide
I keep this simple so there are no surprises on the day. I am self-contained for sound, and I work with whatever your venue already has for everything else.
I bring
- My own professional sound system and microphone(unless you have a dedicated AV team)
- All props, cases and performing materials
- Setup and teardown, handled around your schedule
- Liability insurance certificate on request
You provide
- The venue and the room
- A stage or performing area for stage shows
- Stage lighting, where the room needs it
- A standard power outlet within reach
If you are unsure whether your space works, describe it to me and I will tell you honestly. Strolling magic needs nothing at all. A stage show needs a defined performing area where everyone can see, which most banquet rooms already have.
What Clients Say
David performed at the after-party of our company conference, and was absolutely incredible! He was easy to work with through the booking process, and became the highlight of the evening! He had an attentive audience all night, and the dramatic reactions could be heard across the ballroom. He was the perfect addition to our event. Highly recommend!

We had David at our Chick-fil-A Christmas Party, and with team members ranging from ages 14 to 85, that’s no small feat. David truly shined with every age group. Throughout the night, I kept hearing loud gasps and cheers as he strolled and performed his magic, and his full show was just as impressive. Thank you, David, for helping make our Christmas party so memorable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should we book strolling magic or a stage show?
Strolling works best when guests are standing, mingling or seated at dinner and there is no gap in the program. A stage show works when you already have everyone seated and facing one direction. Plenty of events use both: strolling during the reception, then a show after dinner. I have packages catered to different types of events and your timeline.
What do you need from us on the day?
For strolling magic, nothing but the room. For a stage show, a performing area where the whole audience has a clear view, stage lighting if the room is dim, and a standard power outlet. I bring my own sound system and microphone.
How long is the performance?
Strolling magic is usually booked in one to three hour blocks. A stage show typically runs 45 minutes. Both can be adjusted to fit the schedule you already have.
Can you build the show around our company or product?
Yes, with enough lead time. Custom routines can feature your product, logo, tagline or the theme of the meeting. Tell me the message you want people leaving with and I will work with you to spread that message.
How far in advance should we book?
Prime months like January, May, June, October, and December fill up first and often book months ahead, so start early for seasonal parties like end of year and holiday parties. Outside the holiday season, a few weeks is frequently enough. If your date is close, ask anyway.
